While the trees on this property are not being harvested, there are properties in the area that do harvest the trees for a local saw mill. Many of these trees were old, mature trees that had been on this property for years. Would assigning 0 per inch provide an appropriate value for each tree? | ||||

As always, I strongly suggest you contact a local, trained professional consulting forester for an on-site appraisal if you want to receive a fair market assessment for your timber.
